You agree not to misuse Markeazy, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service availability, or use the platform for unlawful monitoring or harassment.

Employer Responsibilities

Employers are responsible for configuring lawful workforce policies, obtaining any required employee notices/consents, and using attendance, GPS, and camera features appropriately.

Employee Responsibilities

Employees must provide accurate attendance actions, protect login credentials, and use the app in accordance with employer policy and applicable law.

Accounts

Account access is provided to authorized company users. You must keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, non-payment where applicable, or risks to platform security and integrity.

Intellectual Property

Markeazy, including software, branding, and documentation, remains the intellectual property ofViitor Technologies and its licensors.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fit for every operational scenario.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viitor Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Markeazy.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
